Where's my download?
Your receipt email has a button to get your files. You can also sign in at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders with the email you used at checkout and download them again. Can't find the receipt? Check your spam folder, or send us a message above.
How do I open it in Google Sheets?
Go to drive.google.com, click New, then File upload, and choose the .xlsx file. Then right-click the file and choose Open with, then Google Sheets.
Excel opened it in Protected View.
That's normal for downloaded files. Click Enable Editing in the yellow bar at the top.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Pro isn't useful for your business, send us a message within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full.
