Privacy policy

Runway (runwaypeek.com) is a one-person business based in South Korea. We collect as little as we can, we don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.
What we collect
- When you join an early list or ask to be told when something opens: your email address, anything else you choose to type (like what kind of business you run), which page you signed up from, and how you reached the site (the referring website and any campaign tags in the link).
- When you send a message from the help page: your email address, your order number if you add one, and your message.
- When you use the free web version: nothing. The numbers you type are saved only in your browser, on your device, and are never sent to us. A backup file you download stays with you. If you join the early list from the web version, we also note whether you were looking at the example or your own numbers. We never see the numbers themselves.
- Visit statistics: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and a few actions (such as starting your own forecast or downloading a backup) without cookies and without identifying you personally. It records things like the page, the referring website, your country, and your device type and browser.
- Purchases: payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which sells our products as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can deliver your purchase and help you with it.
How we use it
To reply to you, to send the updates you asked for (for example, when a paid version or checkout opens), to deliver and support what you bought, and to see which pages are useful. We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it for advertising.
Services that handle data for us
- Formspree receives the forms on this site and emails them to us.
- Vercel hosts the site and provides the visit statistics.
- Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payments, receipts and downloads.
- Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. If you copy a template to Google Sheets, that happens in your own Google account under Google's terms.
These services may process data in the United States and other countries.
How long we keep it
Emails and messages are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them, for example when an early list is closed. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time from the help page. To stop our emails, reply "unsubscribe" to any of them, or tell us on the help page.
We don't track you across other websites, so we don't change anything in response to Do Not Track signals.
Children
Runway is made for businesses and isn't directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
